General terms and conditions
Check-in is possible after 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out from the property must be done by 10:00 on the day of departure. The property reserves the right to charge additional fees for late check-outs. The final settlement of services is made at the reception before departure.
A 20.00% deposit is required for booking, the rest upon arrival. If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can make changes online, by phone or by e-mail, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

Reservation change conditions
A reservation can be changed no later than 1 day before arrival.
Reservation cancellation general conditions
We hold the reservation until 24:00 on the day of arrival. A reservation can be canceled no later than 2 days before arrival.
In case of a guest's no-show, 100.00% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation 7-0 days before arrival, 20.00% of the reservation amount will be charged.
